Your task is to structure, analyze, and visualize this data. By developing dashboards and reports, you will provide insight into trends, patterns, and the effectiveness of different recruitment strategies. This knowledge will enable us to optimize our recruitment processes, enhance the quality of our new employees, and ultimately better support the objectives of our organization.

Tasks and responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will work within the Data-Driven Recruitment & Selection project team. This team includes a project manager, lead consultant, BI specialist, and process specialist. In this team, you will carry out the following tasks:

Dashboard development: Develop user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards tailored to the specific needs of our clients.

Translating information needs into information provision: Translate information requirements into appropriate data products, including necessary data models and calculations, and create concrete examples/mockups in Excel.

Data analysis: Perform in-depth analyses to answer complex questions within our organization.

Data modeling: Integrate and transform data from diverse sources to generate usable reports.

KPI development: Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational performance.

Dashboard management: Manage dashboard accessibility and maintenance in cooperation with the development team.

Stakeholder management: Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and convert them into concrete analyses and conclusions.

Profile

The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a passion for finding patterns in data. You are curious, analytically strong, and have an eye for detail. You collaborate easily in a hybrid working team and are capable of solving complex problems.
