Who are we?
The mission of the ImpactWork Foundation is to accelerate the transition to sustainable Human Resource Management (HRM). We strive to support organizations in placing employees at the center, with the goal of creating a sustainable and people-oriented work environment.
What do we do?
With the ImpactWork Foundation, we are committed to innovative projects and initiatives that have a positive impact on work. For example, we have already supported the following projects:
- Refugee Talent Hub: Increases employment opportunities for refugees with the help of new technology.
- Stichting JobOn: De impact van de Nationale Werkbezoek Dag vergroot, door bijvoorbeeld het inzetten van een radiocampagne bij BNR.
- Sustainable HRM research: Gaining insights into which topics related to sustainable HRM are considered important.
What will you be doing?
You will coordinate all activities of the foundation in conjunction with an ImpactWork colleague. You will be intrinsically involved in various projects undertaken by the foundation.
Communication and Marketing: Developing and implementing our communication strategy to generate brand awareness for the ImpactWork Foundation.
Event organization: Organizing a selection event for the purpose of choosing new foundation projects and launching the outcomes of the Sustainable HRM research.
