Creative Marketing Internship

Creative and driven marketing student with a passion for social sustainability? This ImpactWork internship is for you!

The labor market faces scarcity, poor personnel treatment, lack of inclusivity, and employee-employer mismatches. As an HR agency, we help companies solve these problems for more sustainable talent management. We do this by deploying specialist freelancers, using HR tech tools (like AI for bias-free selection), and providing advice.

What will you be doing?

As a B2B Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission. You will participate in the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at attracting new clients and strengthening our position in the market. This is not just marketing; you will contribute to the positive impact we can make by increasing our reach! Your tasks include, among other things:

  • Setting up and executing B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Analyzing market trends and translating these insights into concrete marketing actions.
  • Supporting content creation, such as blogs, white papers, and social media posts.
  • Optimizing our digital channels to increase our visibility.
  • Co-organizing events and webinars aimed at our target audience.
