Context
AB Werkt Zuid Nederland is a cooperative active in employment services. The organization is currently in a transition phase, with a new strategy developed and being implemented until 2028. ImpactWork is guiding this implementation. An important part of this strategy is strengthening its position within the agricultural sector by increasing the relevance of its current services and better connecting those services.
Tasks and responsibilities
Proposition development in co-creation:
- Leading co-creation sessions with agricultural members: You organize and facilitate workshops and interviews to map the needs, wishes, and pain points of the members.
- Gathering and analyzing member feedback: You collect and analyze data from various sources (workshops, interviews, surveys) to obtain insights that guide proposition development.
- Translating member input into concrete proposition elements: You translate the insights from the co-creation sessions into concrete services, products, and value propositions that meet the needs of the agricultural members.
- Iteratively developing the proposition: You develop the proposition iteratively, in close consultation with the members, and continuously test the concepts in practice.
Connecting the service provision:
You analyze the current service offering and identify opportunities to improve and connect the services, so that they optimally meet the needs of the agricultural members.
Positioning:
Contributing to the positioning of AB Werkt as an attractive employer and reliable partner in labor mediation, specifically for the agricultural target group, in line with the new proposition.
Stakeholder management:
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, recruitment, communication, and agricultural members of the cooperative.
