The mission of the ImpactWork Foundation is to accelerate the transition to sustainable HRM. We strive to support organizations in placing employees at the center and promoting their well-being.
Vision
Our vision is that the traditional approach of treating employees as means of production is no longer sustainable. The focus on prosperity at the expense of well-being has led to an increase in stress and burnout. In a time of personnel shortages, employees have more power and choose organizations that treat them well. There is an urgent need for a new agreement with employees, with HR acting as the director of this transformation. Organizations must learn to abandon old management principles and genuinely put the employee at the center.

- Capacity Building: Strengthening the capacities of HR professionals and organizations to increase their impact and achieve sustainable change.
- Supporting Innovation: Identifying and supporting innovative projects that provide sustainable solutions for the challenges of HRM.
- Networking: Creating a global network of partners and stakeholders who collaborate on common goals in the field of sustainable HRM.

- Project Funding: Providing grants and loans to projects that meet our criteria for impact and sustainability.
- Workshops and Training: Organizing educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge within communities and organizations.
- Networking Events: Facilitating conferences and meetings to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing between different stakeholders.
- Research and Publications: Conducting research into best practices and publishing reports to share insights and influence policymaking.
